We started off with an intensive discovery phase with Melissa Clark, our developer, Katie Rook, our copywriter, and Molly Ray, our project manager. Mavericks had a clear idea in their mind how they wanted to position themselves amongst other visual effects agencies, but other than a visual identity, they hadn’t done a lot in the way of branding. We assisted Mavericks build out their brand through colour, language, photography, and overall user experience on their new site. We were successful in building them a website that they were proud of, that reflected their work (take a look at their demo reel), and could keep up with the growth of this young company.
When Mavericks VFX, a local visual effects company, approached us to redesign their website, they had a placeholder landing page that had been there for far too long. They were holding out for new website that would reflect the calibre of work and their high profile clients. We redesigned their site to showcase their demo reel and the interiors of their new, and rapidly growing studio in Toronto.
